This year we see the same attempts to scare the general public with cuts to programs, and the never ending issue with the longevity of Social Security monies, plaguing our headlines.
I'll take a different vantage point as we re-open the government owner's manual with some well known stars such as Verizon and it's friend in crime: The PUC.
